Free Cancellation (48hrs+)
Cancel or reschedule at no charge if you let us know at least 48 hours before your booked appointment.
Late Cancellations
Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% charge to cover the time we've reserved for you.
Refunds Honoured
If you cancel within this policy and have already made a payment, it will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
